Our spread typically includes a variety of fresh Moroccan breads, msemen (flaky pancakes), local honey and jams, eggs cooked to your liking, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, and of course, freshly squeezed orange juice, rich coffee, and traditional mint tea.
  • A Gourmet Dinner by Candlelight
    Dinner is the culinary highlight of the day. As evening falls, you will be treated to a gourmet three-course meal. Your feast begins with a selection of vibrant and fresh Moroccan salads. For the main course, savor one of our signature slow-cooked Tagines—rich with tender meat, vegetables, and aromatic spices—or a festive Couscous (traditionally served on Fridays). The meal concludes with a light dessert of seasonal fruits.
