Cancellation Policy

At Orient Desert Camp, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while helping us maintain the high quality of service our guests expect. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Standard Cancellation Terms

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of your deposit, minus a €50 administrative fee to cover transaction costs.

• Between 15 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged (your deposit will be retained).

• Less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: No refund will be issued, and the total booking amount will be charged.

2. Modifications We allow one free date change (subject to availability and any seasonal rate differences) if the request is made in writing at least 30 days before the original arrival date. Additional changes may incur a small administrative fee.

3. Early Departure If you choose to leave earlier than your reserved dates after you have checked in, no refund will be given for the unused nights of your stay.

4. Group Bookings Different cancellation terms and payment schedules apply for group bookings of 3 or more tents. Please contact us directly to discuss the specific terms for your group reservation.

5. Special Offers and Non-Refundable Rates From time to time, we may offer promotional or discounted rates. These bookings may be non-refundable and subject to different terms. Please carefully review the specific terms listed at the time of booking.

6. Force MajeMajeure In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather events, political unrest, or global health emergencies, we will assess cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. In such instances, we may offer credit for a future stay instead of a monetary refund.

7. How to Cancel To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to be considered valid.

8. Travel Insurance We highly recommend that all our guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen cancellations, travel interruptions, or medical emergencies.
